HANDMADE & CUSTOM PRODUCTS
All items sold by Susanz Kraft Kreationz LLC are lovingly handmade and/or kustomized to order. Because each item is individually crafted by hand, there may be slight imperfections, minor variations in color, size, or design, or small differences from the sample images shown on our website.
These variations are a natural part of the handmade process and add to the unique, one-of-a-kind charm of your kustom item. We take great care in kreating each product, but please understand that handmade items will not be identical to mass-produced products.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that minor imperfections and variations are inherent to handcrafted goods and are not considered defects.
CUSTOM ORDERS
Because all items are made-to-order and personalized specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on Kustom products unless there is a defect in materials or workmanship.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, please contact us at susanzkraftkreationz@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem through a replacement or refund, but please be aware that defects caused due to shipping and handling issues are not our responsibility and must be handled with the shipping of origin.
ORDER ERRORS
If we made an error with your order (wrong item, wrong design, etc.), please contact us immediately (within 3 days of receipt) and we will send the corrected item and pay for return of the incorrect item to make it right, at no additional cost to you.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be cancelled within 6 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 6 hours, once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled as materials have been committed and work has started on your kustom item.
