SHIPPING POLICY

At Susanz Kraft Kreationz , we strive to provide the best shipping rates and fastest delivery times for all our customers.

Processing Times

  • Standard orders (in-stock items): 1-2 business days
  • Custom design orders: 3-5 business days (includes time for design creation and your approval)
  • Large orders or items requiring restocking: 7-10 business days

We'll notify you if your order requires additional processing time.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated based on package size, weight, and destination. We use the most reliable carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx) to get you the lowest rate with the fastest delivery time possible.

Tracking

All orders include tracking information, which will be sent to your email once your order ships.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available for customers in our area (North Carolina). If you are located more than 20 miles from our location, a $10 flat rate delivery fee applies.

International Orders

We ship to select international destinations. Please note:

  • International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes (including VAT), and any other fees assessed by their country's customs agency.
  • These fees are determined by your local customs office and are not included in your order total.
  • Customs processing times vary by country and may add additional time to your delivery.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
